Guillaume Thivolet completed his Master's Thesis!

Mr. Thivolet Master's Thesis entitled "An Energy-Efficient Implementation of a GPS Snapshot Acquisition Stage for Wildlife Tracking" focuses on the development of an ASIC-based hardware accelerator capable of efficiently processing GPS signals with durations in the range of milliseconds. The snapshot acquisition technique aims to extract critical data from a narrow signal acquisition window, enabling the calculation of position at a later stage. Guillaume Thivolet joined the IIP group in October 2022 and will now do a sabbatical.
