Dr. Hanan Al-Tous and Parham Kazemi from Aalto University are visiting the IIP Group.
Dr. Hanan Al-Tous and Parham Kazemi from external page Aalto University, Espoo, Finland, are visiting the IIP Group for approximately three months.
Dr. Hanan Al-Tous
Dr. Al-Tous is visiting in the context of an Academy-of-Finland-funded project on external page Radio Network Optimization for Heterogeneous Machine Connectivity (ROHM).
Parham Kazemi
Mr. Kazemi is visiting in the context of the external page WindMill project.
Both of them will be working on the design and optimization of new radio access network (RAN) functions that rely on channel charting. The goal is to enable predictive RAN tasks that are tied to user equipment location in a self-supervised manner.
