Welcome to the Integrated Information Processing Group!

The research of the Integrated Information Processing (IIP) Group is at the intersection of wireless communication, machine learning, digital signal processing, and very-large-scale integration (VLSI) circuit and system design. We jointly consider theory, algorithm development, architecture design, and hardware implementation aspects in order to enable far more efficient solutions than conventional, atomistic design approaches that consider these aspects separately.

We are also dedicated to educating the next generation of engineers and scientists by offering a range of courses in digital integrated circuit design and electronics, and we supervise student projects in all of our research areas.

The IIP Group is led by Prof. Christoph Studer and is part of the Integrated Systems Laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering at ETH Zurich.
